Our refund policy

When you can get a refund

• The theme does not work as described on the product page, and
• our support team could not fix the problem, and
• you contact us within 14 days of purchase.

When refunds are not possible

• You changed your mind after downloading the files
• The problem is caused by third-party plugins, hosting or custom code
• You no longer need the theme or bought it by mistake after downloading
• More than 14 days have passed since purchase

How to request a refund

Email support@weblyra.com with your order number and a description of the problem. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. After a refund, your license ends and the theme must be removed from your website.
